Emergency Training Center of Montana

How it all began...

The "ETC of Montana" concept began many years ago, but became a reality in 1997. Since then the Mission and Goals have always been to prepare emergency medical personnel to function at their best, in the worst possible places.

"ETC of Montana" started as a simple consulting and lecture provider, but never lost the vision of being all it could be. All of the proceeds and more were invested to begin building a system of training and education that can not be equaled.

At the present time "ETC of Montana" maintains a number of fully equipped Type I ambulances, a type six fire unit, an unparalleled cadre of quality staff, and a complete complement of equipment including but not limited to: confined space, high angle, vehicle extrication, hazardous environments, and tactical operations. The company is constantly increasing its available equipment and instructor expertise.

Where are we now?  and where are we going?

In November 2001 "ETC of Montana" purchased a building and property in Jefferson City, Montana and currently remodeling the current building and adding an additional building.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed winter of 2019.

The entire complex will consist of  classrooms,  parking vehicle bays, office area, storeroom, vehicle repair area, dorm area for students (consisting of cabins, RV parking and camping areas), high and low angle training area, confined space training area and vehicle extrication pad.

There is a lot of work to do to complete the dream, but once completed it will be a wonderful place to attend and provide EMS education
